Employers must complete Form I‐9 to document verification of the identity and employment authorization of each new employee (both citizen and noncitizen) hired after November 6, 1986 to work in the United States.

CUPA-HR I-9 Consortium – If an employee is not able to complete it locally an I-9 Consortium site provided by the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) identifies institutions outside of Arkansas that may be contacted to assist employees with completing the Form I-9,  Institutions within the consortium have consented to assist each other with completing the Form I-9 for employees.
