2024 Open Enrollment Dates

Monday, October 30, 2023 – Friday, November 10, 2023

UCA is excited to offer our exclusive online open enrollment! What does this mean for UCA employees? You will be in control of when and where you choose to enroll, view or change your benefits. Between Monday October 30, 2023 and Friday November 10, 2023, you have the opportunity to enter the Benefits Portal to enroll, view or change your benefits. Changes made during open enrollment become effective January 1, 2024. It is recommended to watch the open enrollment kickoff zoom and to review the 2024 benefits guide to find a summary of the UCA benefits being offered.

Upcoming 2024 Changes At-A-Glance

Health Insurance: Health insurance monthly rate changes will have a 10% uplift. The deductible and out-of-pocket maximum for the PPO and CDHP plan will increase by $500 each.

Dental and Vision Insurance: No plan design or rate changes.

Life and Long-Term Disability: No plan design or rate changes.

Supplemental Products: No Plan or rate changes.

2024 Cafeteria Plan Maximums: 

  • FSA Maximum Annual Contribution: TBD ($3,050 2023 max)
  • Dependent Care Maximum Annual Contribution: $5,000

2024 Health Savings Account Maximums: 

  • Employee Only Maximum Contribution: $4,150
  • Employee + Spouse Maximum Contribution: $8,300
  • Employee + Children Maximum Contribution: $8,300
  • Family Maximum Contribution: $8,300
  • *Age 55+ $1,000 Catch-Up
