Early Move-In Day for Spring 2023 is January 8th from 9am to 5pm at your respective hall or apartment complex.
Please fill out the form below if you or your UCA student group needs to move in to their housing assignment early. If you are a member of a UCA student group that requires early arrival, please have your coach or faculty advisor fill out this form instead. The deadline to request an early move in is on January 3rd at 4:30pm. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee early arrival approval. You will receive an email either approving or denying your early arrival request by January 4th at Noon.
Spring Early Arrival Rates (per student): $60 for double rooms; $84 for private rooms.
