GBC In Action!

Move In Day Recycling Efforts. Pilot program to be continued in the Spring.

Green Bear, Matcha, led the move in day recycling pilot program. Green Bears diverted a full 60yard dumpster of cardboard from going into the landfill in one day!

Seed Sowing event. GBC put their first crop in the starter trays and enjoyed donated coffee and doughnuts from Starbucks and Sweethouse, respectively.

Lewis Science Center Atrium gets remodeled for the Seed to Security Initiative. GBC is building an organic garden to teach students and the community the necessity and importance of sustainable agricultural practices. Our Green Bears are laying the foundation for a beautiful, productive, educational garden.
