The University of Central Arkansas Graduate Student Advisory Committee (UCA-GSAC) will act as the voice of the graduate student body by facilitating communication between the graduate students and the Dean of the Graduate School. They will also encourage greater interaction among graduate students across campus and assist graduate students by acting as a source of information. The committee will function as one voice with the separate representation of Graduate Students across campus, totaling 15 committee members.
Objectives

- Identify and provide solutions to student concerns
- Establish meaningful programs to foster personal and professional development
- Promote a sense of community
- Improve the graduate school experience
Activities
The GSAC will meet twice a semester. Meetings will be facilitated by the Graduate Dean. In addition, GSAC members will be expected to encourage fellow graduate students to participate in planned events.
