Rebekah Luong, MS, CFCS, is a certified Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) teacher with an endorsement in career and technical education. Rebekah received her BSE in Family and Consumer Sciences Education and MS in Family and Consumer Science from UCA. Rebekah teaches FCS Professional Practice, Consumer Problems in Clothing, as well as special topics courses and serves as the FCS Program Director. She also is the coordinator of the Bachelor of Science in FCS Internships. Mrs. Luong is an advisor for the student chapter of AAFCS at UCA as well as the NFS Student Ambassador Advisor. She is an active member of the Arkansas affiliate of AAFCS, serving as the organization’s treasurer and volunteers regularly with the Central Arkansas Alzheimer’s Association. She enjoys spending time with her family and cooking tasty things!
