Tajaro Hudson serves as the Associate Director of the Office of Diversity and Community.  In his role, he advises and mentors underrepresented students in organizations such as Project X, the Minority Mentorship Program and the Black Male Achievement Challenge. His main goal is to guide the next generation of underrepresented students to graduation, as well as a successful life after they leave UCA.
Tajaro graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. After working in the Office of Student life for two years, he came over to the Office of Diversity and Community in an effort to strengthen his impact on students.  He believes in the golden rule, to treat others as you would want to be treated and that the best leadership style is to lead by example.
