Hey, Mamas-to-Be! Are you interested in how exercise during pregnancy can shape your health—and your baby’s? We’re recruiting for two unique studies that could be perfect for you. 💪🤰
1. FITT-Babe Study 👶 Discover how your exercise habits during pregnancy may influence your baby’s growth in their first year!
What You’ll Do: Complete a few questionnaires, and bring your little one in for seven growth check-ins over their first year.
Your Benefits: Get a personalized post-pregnancy fitness plan created by Dr. Allman-Tucker, a certified pre/post-natal exercise expert!
2. FITT for Pregnancy Study 🏋️♀️ See how different exercise routines can impact blood sugar levels during pregnancy.
What You’ll Do: Join us for four workout sessions in our lab while we measure your blood sugar and insulin levels.
