HED 5305: Technology Applications in Health Sciences

Technology applications in Health Sciences is an interprofessional course that is offered as an elective for graduate students in College of Health and Behavioral Sciences.  The course involves interprofessional teams of students that serves as an introduction to the use of informatics and technology in health sciences for improving client / patient engagement. Students explore computer assisted instruction/training, computerized health assessments, health promotion on the internet, and desktop publishing software.
