Dr. Leticia de la Garza is an Instructional Designer at the Center for Teaching Excellence. She brings extensive experience in education from one of Texas’ largest independent school districts. Having worked as an academic dean of instruction, interventionist, instructional coach, instructional specialist, and teacher, Leticia has much to contribute to the faculty and students at UCA.
Leticia holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Texas at Arlington and has an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Arkansas.
