Karen joined the UCA Career Services team in January 2022 and serves as the leader of the Internships and Cooperative Education division. She specializes in preparing freshmen, sophomores, and juniors for career after graduation through purposeful exploration, engagement, and experiential learning. Karen holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a graduate degree in Business Administration. She has a diverse professional background that includes accounting and finance, post-secondary instruction, and student mentorship. During her leisure time, Karen enjoys traveling and cheering for her favorite football, volleyball, and basketball teams. Go Bears!
