The Bears4Hire Portal for employers is a recruiting tool designed to help you easily locate the best candidates for your organization’s needs.  Please sign in with your account information or create a profile HERE.

Once your organization has a profile, your Employer Dashboard has many features to allow you to…

  • Add a new job posting
  • Request an on campus interview
  • Conduct a Candidate Search within the system
  • and much more!

If your organization is new to recruiting at UCA, please request a Networking Lunch!

A Networking Lunch will give your organization the opportunity to meet the Career Services staff and department chairs of a variety of majors.  It will also help your organization find the perfect fit to maximize your participation and presence on UCA’s Campus.

To Request a Network Lunch

  1. Create an account on the Bears4Hire Portal
  2. Click [On Campus Requests] from the menu on the left
  3. Click the [Add Request] button on the top right of the screen
  4. Select “Single Company Event” and click [Continue]
  5. On the Request Form
    • Select “Networking Lunch (with Faculty and Career Services)” from the Event Category menu
    • Complete the form and click [Submit]

*please note that Career Services will follow up with the request to schedule the Networking Lunch.
