Dr. Nina Roofe, Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences, received the Outstanding Dietetics Educator Award for the state of Arkansas on April 4 at the Arkansas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Annual Meeting in Little Rock. She has also received the Outstanding Dietetics Educator Award for the Area 3 region of the national Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and will receive that recognition on April 19 in Birmingham, Alabama.
