The Arkansas Coding Academy (ArCA) provides training to individuals seeking new careers in programming and/or information technology. By creating this talent pipeline from the classroom to the workforce, we hope to see growth in middle and high-skilled employability and an increase in the overall welfare of our students and their families. ArCA is part of the University of Central Arkansas Division of Outreach and Community Engagement and was launched in 2016 to meet the state’s growing demand for well-trained developers.
