Dr. Moseley joined the Learning Communities faculty in 2018 after 6 years of service at UCA as a Transfer Coordinator and Adjunct Instructor. She holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas, an M.B.A. in Health Care Administration from Harding University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration – Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University. She has also worked in a cross-section of jobs including a district manager for Murphy Oil, an Executive Team Leader for Target, and an Operations Manager for Genesis Construction. In 2017, Dr. Moseley was named Woman of the Year by Conway Business and Professional Women. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 5 children, swimming, hiking, camping, and photography. On campus you may see Dr. Moseley with her two youngest children and dog Sugar Bear.
