COVID-19 Tours

We are so excited you’re coming for a campus tour!  We know how important the campus tour is in the college selection process.  That’s why we are happy to host families on campus, even in our COVID-19 world.  However, we want you to feel comfortable and safe so we have outlined what you can expect with you plan to visit our campus.  Ready to sign up?  Register now!

Please note, if you or one of your guests have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, you will not be permitted to participate in a campus tour.

How many people will be on the tour?

We have reduced our tour capacity to 80% for campus tours to ensure we keep small groups and follow CDC guidelines.  Therefore, no more than 35 people, including the tour guide, will be on a campus tour at one time.

Are we required to wear masks?

In accordance with CDC guidelines, masks are only required for guests not fully vaccinated.  If you haven’t received the vaccine, we ask that you continue to wear face coverings or you will not be able to enter any buildings along the tour path.  If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.

How will people be separated?

All campus tours start in the Welcome Center located in Donaghey Hall.  Once you check in, you will be directed to our tour room where you will be able to watch informational videos.  Chairs have been removed and spaced out in this facility so families may sit together but maintain a 6 foot distance between other guests.

Is this a walking tour?

Yes!  Walking is the best way to really experience campus.  No cart tours will be provided at this time to ensure we maintain social distancing.

Am I able to meet with other offices or academic departments on my visit?

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule departmental appointments at this time.  Most of the faculty and staff are still working remotely due to COVID-19.  However, we are happy to provide you with contact information for departments.

Financial Aid is scheduling times to speak with interested tour guests using an online request form.
