How to sell yourself at a career fair? What advice do you have for teachers preparing for their first interview? What are the top five qualities administrators look for when hiring a new teacher? Describe what a new teacher should look forward to the first week of school? What can a first-year teacher look forward to at the first staff meeting? How can a new teacher develop a relationship with the principal? Among teachers who have not been successful, what knowledge/skills/disposition were deficient? Sheridan High School has a FACS teacher about to go on maternity leave, and she is in search of a long-term sub to fill her place. A preferred candidate would have their certification  or someone who is eligible for their provisional license. This long-term sub would be from about mid-March until April or early May.

Perryville Elementary is looking for a K-6 art teacher. Must be made of awesome and willing to foster the community of “Make it work” artists have I have worked to build. Team player and positive motivator are pluses. I am willing to leave a “how to” binder, if you will, for how I set up auctions, art shows, and town displays.
