FINANCIAL AID

Pell Grants and Federal Student Loans are available during the summer for eligible students.

Financial aid may be available in the summer. Contact the Financial Aid office to inquire about eligibility at finaid@uca.edu or (501) 450-3140.

UCA offers many great summer school options that can help increase the number of hours completed and raise your GPA.

If you do not anticipate meeting the renewal hour and/or GPA requirements for your scholarship, you do have options.  Students receiving the Academic Challenge Scholarship are allowed to make up any hour or GPA deficiencies during the summer! After completion of summer hours, you must send your records to the Arkansas Department of Higher Education so that your status can be reevaluated.

To have your aid eligibility reviewed, visit the UCA Financial Aid Office.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

Registrations are accepted through the first day of each summer term.

Deadlines for late registration and schedule changes (drop/add) are published in the Office of the Registrar Academic Calendar.

Closed Course Enrollment
Enrollment into a closed class or for more than the allowable maximum number of hours may have to be processed in person at the Office of the Registrar front counter in McCastlain Hall, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Payment and Withdrawal
Notice:  To avoid a late payment fee, registration fees must be paid prior to the first class day of any term.
