ISEP-Direct provides the opportunity to enroll directly in a host institution abroad instead of exchanging places. Chances of placement are good for qualified applicants.
UCA Students are not eligible to participate in ISEP Exchange Programs.
Students interested in spending a semester abroad should have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA and have completed 60 credit hours by the start of the term abroad. To ensure proper advising and preparation, students must contact the Office of Study Abroad by the deadlines posted below to declare their intended program plans.
• Fall Semester Abroad – 1st full week of Spring Semester prior to program abroad
• Spring Semester Abroad – 1st full week of Fall Semester prior to program abroad
• Summer Term Abroad - 1st week of February
When researching funding opportunities for ISEP Direct programs, students should first select a program, then meet with the Office of Study Abroad to create a program budget. Students should then contact the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship Office for more details on funding eligibility.
