Instructions for the Faculty-Led Program Application

The deadline to sign up for Faculty-Led programs is Friday, January 26th. Complete all steps below before that date to secure your spot!

2018 UCA in Mexico Study Abroad Application (Deadline to Apply: February 12, 2018)

Step 2: Make an appointment with our office


At your appointment, be prepared to submit the following:

1) Receipt of payment: A $500 receipt of deposit is required. Students may pay the deposit on CASHNet.

CASHNet Instructions:  Log into; enter CASHNet portal; Click on Make payment/Add-on charge; Study Abroad Trip Deposit; Add to basket; Check out.

2) Turn in the course approval sheet with signature of faculty leader(s) showing approval for courses abroad. 2018 Summer Study Abroad Course Approval

3) Bring your passport (or a copy) to the office. Apply for your passport as soon as possible if you do not have one.

4) Be ready to sign all paperwork at your appointment. Paperwork is provided in the Office of Study Abroad.
