Peer Coach Application

Thank you for your interest in the UCA Office of Student Success Peer Coaching program. The mission of the Office of Student Success is to assist students in becoming better students and to empower them to achieve their academic goals.  Peer Coaches participate in this mission by providing success coaching sessions to all students, but especially to students who have been identified as “at risk” (on academic probation, in the UCAN program, conditionally-admitted, etc.). Coaches generally work 10 hours per week providing individual coaching sessions, group sessions, and promoting the program.
