FYS Peer Mentors

three studentsDesignated First-Year Seminars (FYS) at UCA now include peer mentors who are there to help support first-year students during the transition to college. Peer mentors share their experiences as UCA students, work with faculty members to facilitate class activities, help new students get connected with campus organizations, and provide academic assistance to help support success during a student’s first year on campus.
