General Information

Appointments

All patients must present a valid UCA ID when requesting services.

Appointments for Women’s Health, STD concerns, and Physicals will need                                  to be scheduled in person or over the phone.

Most appointments can be made by accessing the Online Appointment Scheduling system found at the left of your screen or below. If you do not see a specific reason listed for your visit, please contact our office at (501) 450-3136 so we can assist you with your appointment needs. An appointment reminder will be sent to your UCA email address for your convenience.

If you decide you cannot keep your appointment, please allow someone else the opportunity to seek care. We ask that you call our office BEFORE your scheduled visit so we can find a better time to help you.

A $20 No Show charge will be expected from you if you miss an appointment.
