Here is a brief description of this project from Dr. Nail:
My coauthor, Katarzyna Weron-Sznajd, is from the Department of Theoretical Physics, Wroclaw University of Technology, Poland. The connection with my work is that she and her colleagues work in an emerging area of physics known as socio-physical modeling. Specifically, they develop mathematical models to predict opinion dynamics and change and use my mathematical/operational definitions of various social responses as starting points.
