These spaces are provided for the benefit of challenged persons. These spaces are designated by blue markings, signs and stripped areas. Proof of disability issuance or license plate by the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration must be furnished to receive a disabled decal.
Any driver using a disabled decal or permit not belonging to them will be responsible for citation fees and possible tow services.
Temporary disabled permits can be obtained for a temporary period with a letter statement of a physician and the length of time needed.
