Ellianna Temple

Business Protocol

Ellianna learned the importance of etiquette and protocol during her three years in Europe. By working with businesses, education, church and government leaders, she saw first hand how knowing etiquette and good manners could bring success.

Ellianna grew up in the South with a large family where manners and good behavior are expected. She first started teaching manners in Europe where she taught character and good behavior in the public schools of Romania. Ellianna has learned through first hand experience, that etiquette and protocol is what can make or break a deal, what can put you ahead in your job, give you success in relationships, or get you invited to that important banquette, in other words, it is the door of opportunity.

In May 2009, The Academy of Etiquette & Protocol “officially” certified Ellianna to teach etiquette and protocol. Ellianna earned a BA from Thomas Edison State College in Liberal Studies with a focus in Interior Decorating then went on to pursue a masters degree abroad in International Protocol and Diplomacy from Camilo Jose Cela University in Madrid. She also received the President’s Volunteer Award for her services in Eastern Europe.

Ellinna has worked with companies, organizations and schools to help their staff, employees and students alike improve their communication skills and manners. She has worked with Verity Institute in conjunction with Thomas Edison State College, FamilyLife, Guillermos Coffee, UAMS, Etiquette and Protocol Academy of Orlando, IBLP and many more.

Ellianna is committed to helping people gain confidence in any situation by learning the power of communication and good manners. Manners are just learning how to make others feel valued, respected, comfortable and honored.
