Only one discount applies per course. The alumni discount cannot be used with the Course Combo or Couple Fee. No discounts may be applied to textbooks or materials.

Early Bird Discount- Register EARLY to ensure early bird discount. Payment is due five (5) business days before the course begins.

Alumni Discount- 40% off the Regular Fee (not applicable with any other discounts).  Must be a paid member of the UCA Alumni Association to qualify for discount.  To receive the discount while registering online, you must complete your registration for the Paid Alumni Association course first and then register for other courses to receive the discount.

Senior Discount- Specific courses only.

Course Combo Discount- Specific courses only (must register for both courses at same time).

Couple Discount- Specific courses only (couple must register for course at the same time).

Session Combo Discount- Specific courses only (must register for both sessions at the same time).

Registration- Registration may be secured without payment. Payment must be made at least five (5) business days prior to the first class meeting. Classes are determined by the number enrolled, and, in some cases, one person enrolling can determine whether or not a class will be offered.

Payment & Fees- Registration fees are due five (5) business days before the course begins. If payment is not received by this date, your registration is subject to cancellation in order to accommodate those on a waiting list.

Material Fees- Material fees will be paid separately to the instructor on the first day of class, except for Bridge courses. Discounts not applicable.

Refunds- Refunds will be given if requested at least two (2) working days BEFORE the first class meeting. After that time, NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN. Refunds cannot be processed without social security number and middle initial of the student. No refunds are issued if you fail to attend class.
