This two-hour workshop will teach participants how to protect and remove spyware, viruses and other malware from their computers, how to protect themselves from hackers and clean their machine so it works at peak performance. Students will receive a disk containing tools and utilities to keep their computer running optimally.

The Arkansas Boaters’ Education Course teaches fundamentals of safe boating. This course includes: Arkansas Boating Law, boat classification, registration and trailering, personal flotation devices, rules of the road, maintenance and boating accidents. Outdoor Burn and Chisel is a results-driven, conditioning program conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment. Students will participate in a series of circuit training, core conditioning, cardiovascular and body weight exercises. The most progressive, innovative and creative exercises in fitness ensure students burn the most fat possible whatever their fitness level. Students can work at their own pace. Handweights and mat required.
