Dr. Traywick has been working with senior adults for over 20 years. Being an alumnus of UCA, she is pleased to be an assistant professor in the OT Department. Her past work has included aging in place with home modifications and universal design, lay volunteer leadership development, and exercise adaptions for adults with disabilities and senior adults. Dr. Traywick is engaged in gerontological literacy working to educated youth and young adults on the differences between normal aging and disease. She is an active member and past-president of the Southern Gerontological Society. She currently serves on the board of ICAN.
