Degree Type: Post-Master Cert. (PMC) | Credit Hours: 22
The Department of Leadership Studies has approval from the Arkansas Department of Education to offer a Post Master’s Certificate in Building-level Administration for individuals with an appropriate master’s degree. Candidates complete core leadership courses and engage in an internship at three grade levels (P-4, 5-8, 9-12) over at least two semesters (22 semester hours). Candidates must have four years of teaching experience and meet Arkansas’s passing score on the School Leaders Licensure Assessment (SLLA) before making application for the license.
