The University of Central Arkansas Board of Trustees will meet for a retreat beginning with a working lunch at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31 at the Red Apple Inn in Heber Springs. The retreat is expected to conclude at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1.
