Kathy Powers, an adjunct instructor at the University of Central Arkansas and a UCA alumnus,was named the 2010 Arkansas Teacher of the Year. Sold-Out Cats To Roar Into Reynolds

A grant from Target will provide UCA business students an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to the workforce. The university has been approved for a Target Campus Grant for a Target Case Study Competition for the spring. Honors College students used their knitting and crocheting skills to make hats for teen parents and their children.
