Carolyn Ishee is new director of planned giving

Carolyn Floyd Ishee has been named the new director of planned giving for the University of Central Arkansas.

Ishee, who most recently served UCA as a major gifts officer, has more than 25 years of experience in higher education advancement work, including 17 years at UCA where, in addition to fundraising, she also served as director of alumni and special programs in the late 1980’s.

The planned giving program provides opportunities to support the university through estate or planned gifts such as bequests, charitable trusts and charitable annuities.

Ishee earned is a 1975 UCA graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Ishee and her husband, Jimmy, reside in Conway. Jimmy Ishee serves as dean of the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences.
