BEARBONES TROMBONE CHOIR SETS APRIL 3 PERFORMANCE

The University of Central Arkansas BearBones Trombone Choir will perform its end-of-the-semester concert on April 3 in the Snow Fine Arts auditorium.

The 7:30 p.m. performance is free and open to the public.

“The BearBones will perform Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture, Rachmaninoff’s Prelude in C# Minor, Dukas’ Fanfare from La Peri and a new fanfare titled Apogee Fanfare by Chris Sharp,” Assistant Professor of Trombone Dr. Justin Cook said. “We will also feature Natalie Mannix on Jonathan’ Schubert’s Aria and on Bernstein’s Make Our Garden Grow. The Natural Slides Trombone Ensemble will also be performing Passacaglia by Allen Chase.”

Mannix is assistant professor of Trombone at the University of North Texas.
