Request A New Faculty and Staff Network Account
This form provides us the information needed to create a new account for a faculty or staff member. The account provides access to the Novell network, GroupWise email system, iFolder,  and myUCA.

Microsoft Campus Agreement
Use this form to reserve a copy of the Microsoft Office suite.
The Microsoft Office suite is not available for students

Student Worker/Graduate Assistant Access
This form is to request access for student employees, both graduate assistants and normal student workers. Access can include a departmental pool drive access and/or GroupWise proxy.

Blackboard Request Form: Request Courses, TA’s, Changes, etc
Use this form to request a course be created in Blackboard, add GA’s/TA’s, students with x-grades, cross-listing courses, content moved from development to production, or other changes.

 

Password Self-Service provides the UCA community an opportunity to change passwords from any internet connection at any time of the day we provide a self service program.

Large File Transfer transfers any file that is too large to send through email. A notification will appear in the recipient’s email to access the file.

iFolder 3 allows you to obtain your files through any internet connection.
