Audio Visual provides equipment and support for audio visual equipment for various UCA functions. These services are available to all faculty, staff and approved student organizations.
Banner performs database administration, provides support for Banner modules and the myUCA portal as well as multiple add on systems that interface with Banner.
Desktop Support provides technical assistance to end users of IT services. This includes telephone, on location and depot support. Some level of assistance is available to all areas of the UCA campus.
Distance Education division provides equipment, services and support to enable distance learning implemented by the various academic department on campus.
The Online Forms/Requests gives faculty, staff, and students the ability to request for certain services provided by IT.
Networking is responsible for planning, designing, installing, problem resolving, and general operations of the campus network, its associated infrastructure and services.
Programming provides technical services to the campus which includes: writing reports, data cleanup, process implementations and improvements, problem resolution and design and/or implementation of other products and services.reporting tool is granted by the data owners. Information Technology creates reports as requested by the data owners an publishes them for general use.
