The Diversity Ledger is a report detailing a 5 year history of diversity at UCA. This report covers diversity as it pertains to race and gender. Contained within this ledger are summaries of full-time employees, students by level, degrees awarded, and information regarding first time undergraduates.
Data was gathered using the UCA database and information in the UCA Factbook produced by the Department of Institutional Research. Race categories used are those defined on a federal level and used by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education (ADHE). Included within those racial categories are Asian, Black, Hispanic, American Indian/Alaska Native, White, Non-Resident Alien, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, two or more races, and unknown.
