Details

Space is limited to 50 passengers. Internationals, Americans and faculty/staff are welcome to attend.

Students are required to sign a Waiver of Liability before exiting the bus in Greenbrier. All participants are responsible for their own safety. If separated from the group, participants are responsible for their own transportation back to Conway.

When we arrive in at the farm in Greenbrier, please be respectful and gracious to our hosts, Mr. & Mrs. Weidower. They’ll take us on hayrides about 10 students at a time. While you are waiting for a hayride, feel free to enjoy the evening exploring the area.

As the sun sets, they will build a bonfire and we’ll roast hotdogs and marshmallows for s’mores. Hotdogs are beef only and will contain no pork. If you would like a vegetarian hotdog, please indicate this on the registration form.
