Mission

Building Balanced Men. With these three words, we capture the essence of SigEp’s value to its members: charting a course for men to live their best lives by embracing our cardinal principles of Virtue, Diligence and Brotherly Love and committing to the practice of Sound Mind and Sound Body.

Programs

The Leadership Continuum is an award-winning series of distinct and progressive leadership opportunities aimed at teaching and reinforcing SigEp values to a Brother from the day he joins to the day he graduates. Through self-discovery, analysis, and interaction, Brothers develop skills necessary to lead balanced lives and to continue leading the fraternity world.

  • EDGE
    • At EDGE, a SigEp member will experience a high-energy program

educating him to overcome obstacles towards a lifetime of achievement. He will meet SigEps from other chapters and dynamic volunteers who will help him to learn to live his best life.

  • Carlson Leadership Academy (CLA)
    • At the Carlson Leadership Academy, elected officers develop key life skills and share best practices to lead their chapter to excellence.
  • Ruck Leadership Institute
    • At the Ruck Leadership Institute, SigEp’s most talented Brothers develop critical mentoring skills to push our chapters to continue to be “the Fraternity that will be different.”
  • Tragos Quest to Greece
    • Finally, the Tragos Quest to Greece, SigEp’s capstone of leadership development, truly separates our Fraternity from others. Life has meaning and purpose, and SigEp is a living part of your life experience.

Philanthropies

National Philanthropies include Youth Aids, Scripts National Spelling Bee. Arkansas Zeta has contributed to these charities along with making contributions to local organizations such as Conway Regional.

Alumni

We prepare our undergraduates for a lifetime of balance as leader, brother, husband, father, mentor, community servant, and citizen.
With almost 300,000 members, SigEps live, serve and work around the globe. They are having significant impact in business, government, community service and academia. Our mission is carried out through chapters and by cultivating the connections alumni have with one another.
