PART-TIME CLERICAL ASSISTANT – Institutional Diversity/Office of Diversity and Community/University Training
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide variety of general office duties. The candidate will work independently and collaboratively as a part of teams. The candidate will work effectively with diverse populations. The candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills.
This position reports to Institutional Diversity/Diversity and Community/University Training.
Provide support to administrative staff that includes composing various reports, letters, and other correspondence, answering the telephones, event planning and execution, creating and maintaining databases, collecting and assessing event feedback, working with standard office equipment and performing other related duties as assigned, independently and as a part of teams.
The preferred candidate with have the ability to use Word Press.
