The University of Central Arkansas (UCA) invites applications for a 10-month Visiting Clinical Instructor in the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education. The successful candidate will teach courses in the Athletic Training Program and Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education. The candidate will provide medical coverage for UCA athletics, as well as, provide service to the department, college and university.
Department: The Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education is home to over 400 undergraduate and graduate majors. The department offers a BS in Athletic Training, BS in Kinesiology and BSE in Physical Education-Teacher Education, as well as an MS in Kinesiology. Qualifications: Candidates will possess a master’s degree in athletic training, kinesiology, sports medicine or related field. The ideal candidate will have teaching experience in higher education and two years of experience as a practicing certified licensed athletic trainer. Preference will be given to persons with evidence of excellence in teaching.
