The University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR is seeking an Area Coordinator candidate who will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision in a cluster of student residence hall facilities housing approximately 1,000.

 Duties include supervising five College Student Personnel Services and Administration (CSPA) Graduate Assistants, giving direction in the areas of selection, training, and evaluation of student staff, providing leadership in crisis intervention, and coordinating administrative and operational functions. Teach Resident Assistant class. Manage the overall development of the brand new STARS (Student Tours and Recruitment Staff) team in a growing, dynamic department.

 Master Degree in Facility and/or Personnel Administration AND three years of experience are required.
