Position Summary: Reporting to the Registrar, the Associate Registrar will be responsible for management oversight of one or more core functions of the Registrar's Office in addition to assisting the Registrar with other duties as needed including goal setting, policy making, action planning, and operational policies. This position will provide technical and analytical support in the development and implementation of strategies related to records management and student services. Experience with Banner and SQL programming preferred.
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with five or more years of progressively responsible experience in student records and registration in a higher education setting; including three or more years of supervisory experience in the field. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Possess written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively, professionally, and collaboratively with diverse constituencies. Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements.
