Petition for Candidacy Information (Graduate Bulletin)
A graduate student wishing to pursue a degree must petition for candidacy to the select degree program; the Petition for Candidacy includes a Program of Study. Normally, application must be made no later than the end of the term in which the total graduate hours completed reaches 18 hours for a master's candidate, 24 hours for a specialist's candidate, or 60 hours for a DPT candidate.
Petition for Candidacy form IMPORTANT: This form does NOT constitute an application for a graduate degree. The application for graduation is a separate process.
