This form is only required if the courses you complete for your degree vary from those listed on your approved Petition for Candidacy Program of Study.
Cap & Gown:
AFTER TURNING IN THE PACKET
An email from the Graduate Office will be sent to you with information regarding the Commencement Ceremony. As graduation approaches, more detailed information will also be posted on the Graduate School website. Please be certain to verify which ceremony in which your program will participate.
All students receiving financial aid must contact the Financial Aid Office at 450-3140 to schedule an exit interview.
For information concerning caps and gowns, graduation invitations, and class rings, contact the UCA Bookstore at (501) 450-3166.
Diplomas will be mailed approximately 10-12 weeks after graduation. For information concerning Teacher Licensure, contact Dr. Ken Vaughn, Mashburn Hall Room 119A, 450-3131.
