Instructions and Sample for Undergraduate Bulletin Language Updates

There are two audiences for the updates to the Undergraduate Bulletin:
1. students–be sure to clarify what they must take in your program to satisfy the upper-division Core requirements, and
2. the person following your document to update your program’s section in the Undergraduate Bulletin–be sure your changes are very clear. To that end, copy and paste the current version straight from the Undergraduate Bulletin at the top of a Word file, and label it CURRENT. Then paste the same thing below it, and label it PROPOSED. Use Word’s Track Changes function to show what you are adding and deleting.
