Biography:

Mark Spitzer is the author of 26+ books. He has published nonfiction fish books, memoirs, novels, poetry collections, plays, articles on creative writing pedagogy, and books of literary translation. His eco-study In Search of Monster Fish: Angling for a More Sustainable Planet is forthcoming from the University of Nebraska Press in 2019, as isWriting from Experience: Investigative and Discovery-Oriented Techniques for Teaching Creative Writing (Equinox Publishing Ltd. in the UK).
