2001:  Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Family & Consumer Science with an emphasis in Dietetics.  She also was awarded the Outstanding Student Award Recipient for the  College of Health and Applied Sciences.

2003:  Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Family & Consumer Science with an emphasis in Dietetics

2003:  Completed Dietetic Internship UCA--Attained R.D. & L.D. Status

2003-2012:  Adjunct Faculty Member at UCA--instructor of various courses including:  Sports Nutrition, Nutrition in the Lifecycle, and Resource Management;  developed an Online Resource Management course; taught online sections and campus sections of each course

2010:  Partnered with St. Joseph School as a Registered Dietitian in an "Active Minds, Healthy Bodies" campaign/fundraiser for new playground equipment
