Jim Guinee teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Life Span Development in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at the University of Central Arkansas. He is also a licensed psychologist and has served as the Director of training in the Counseling Center at UCA since 1994. In 2008, he received the "Outstanding Contribution to Knowledge" award by the Georgia College Counseling Association. In 2001, he received the "Outstanding Professional Contribution to Knowledge" award by the American College Counseling Association.
