UCA is no longer offering Pathwise training.  Pathwise is being phased out by the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) and is being replaced with the Arkansas Induction Mentoring Model (AAIM) which will begin in the fall of 2014. This new mentoring model will remain firmly rooted in Charlotte Danielson’s Framework for Teaching.

The Arch Ford Education Service Cooperative (AFESC) is still providing Pathwise training for those who need to be trained to serve as mentors for first-year teachers. For information about the training, email Ginny Huckaba, Professional Development Specialist,  or call 501-683-4382.
